TJB Power Services, Operation and Maintenance of Tanjung Jati B2X660MW Coal Fired Power Plant in Indonesia, is searching for a high potential and dynamic candidate to be part of the engineering team for the position as Electrical Supervisor based in Jepara Jawa Tengah


Electrical Supervisor, requirement :

• Good experience as Electrical Supervisor position or 5 years in Power Plant on which 2 years in Supervisor level
• Good experience in Power Plant System
• Good understanding in high voltage equipment protection and maintenance
• Gradaute S1 in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems).
• Having good communication skills in both English and Indonesia
• Capable to operating computer (min. Ms. Office)
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Having competency of Leadership: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling
• Strong leadership skill and people management
• Self-driven, able to work individually and as a team
