Motivation Programme Officer - Jakarta Raya
Job Requirements:

• Have 2 years experiences as a "motivator" trainer in banking/financial institution/insurance company.
• Preferable with experience as a trainer for sales force
• Preferably Managers specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. Job role in Training & Development or equivalent.
• Have knowledge about : training need analysis, developing training modul
• Able to make Training Need Analysis
• Able to make Training Evaluation
• Able to make Training Modul
• Age max. 35 years old
• Graduate S1 any major .
• Excellent Communication, negotiation and presentation skills, both Indonesia and English
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Programme
