Jr Manpower Planning Analyst
Qualification:

• Have experience of 1-2 years in a related field, especially in oil & gas industry is preferable
• Result oriented , and proactive.
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Bachelor Degree S1 in Psychology, Law or Communication with min GPA 2,80 scale 4,00
• Excellent ability to write and communicate both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Computer Literacy : Microsoft office is required
• Placed at Jakarta Raya

Job Description and Responsibilities :

• The responsibilities of position is to handle issues regarding Manpower Planning, Staffing and Organization Development Programs in providing the company with qualified and competent employees inclusive preparing annual manpower Plan (recruitment plan, promotion plan, rotation plan) as well as preparing and updating the organization structure and job description under guidance of the superior.
