Job Requirements:

• Having min 3 years experience as HR Officer in reputable companies.
• Understand Labor Law, HR procedure and policy
• Understand payroll, 21 income tax and psychological test
• Good interpersonal, and communication skills with any levels
• Female, age max 30 years old
• Graduate S1 in psychology from reputable university with GPA min. 3.00 from scale 4
• Excellent English is a must, and Mandarin is preferable
• Good Computer literate with Ms. Excel, Ms. Word
• Highly initiative person, dynamic, energetic, self motivated and strong interpersonal skill
• Able to work independently and to work under the pressure
• Willing to travel to South East Sulawesi
