Responsibilities:
- Helping ministering quality standard attainment that expected client and management gets to be accomplished corresponds to service agreement's level on PKS and TCTP.
- Help To Ensure all business processes at walking operational corresponds to SOUP (standart operational procedures) in force.
- Helping needed data preparation callcenter well raw data, summary data and also operational reporting
