HR PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE - Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:
- Has 5 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position and has experiences in Change Management. .
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in HR Planning & Development
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Economics, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
- Job role in Organizational Development/Change Management or Compensation & Benefits.
- Has extremely strong skills in: customer orientation; collaboration and partnership; achievement orientation; leadership and analytical thinking.
- Has knowledge of organizational behavior and organizational development, including leadership development and change management theory, and the ability to apply concepts.
- Has proven experience in developing, implementing, facilitating and evaluating successful training programs.
- Able to research, identify, analyze and implement best practices. Demonstrated leadership in change and transition management. Knowledge of assessment and evaluation, workshops an training presentations, and the ability to apply concepts.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Consults with administrators, units, and individual of organizational performance issues
- Diagnoses problems, conduct assessments, evaluate options, and recommend strategies
- Conducts research on employment trends, human resource planning strategies, etc. and recommends courses of action for future planning
- Evaluates grading system, implement company remuneration system and retention program.
- Develops and implements professional development plans for talents.
