- Make a journal and consolidation into the database program
- Monitoring inquiry from Customer Care and maintenance the inquiry into database
- Compile and consolidate data from others bank
- Strong conduct of ethic and implement Good Corporate Governance and Procedures
- Reporting to Team Leader
