Qualifications :

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate departmental system, plans for distribution process for spare part, equipments and controlling stocks and local procurement services to the organization by maintaining optimum stock level to sustain operations
• Control and monitor spare part stock and scrap against sales revenue in order to ensure the achievement of the agreed inventory level
• Directs the process which includes the planning of procurement, production, inventory control, logistics and distribution
• Monitor all expenses which related to spare part distribution in order to be aligned with the approved budget
• Conduct financial planning and budget analyzing in warranty reserved calculation, inventory, spare part purchase and write off
• Provide plan in purchasing required spare part in monthly basis
• Monitor the stock level so as to ensure enough buffer to support the warranty consumption
• Coordinate and monitor import process of spare parts, such: shipping, government, custom and administration
• Manage cost reduction and process improvement
• Review monthly report which regard to the stock inventory level in order to ensure the accuracy data of the stock with the actual stock.
