- D3 or S1 Statistic with GPA min 2.75 from reputable university

IT TECHNICAL ORACLE -

Qualification :
- Have 2 - 4 years experience on Customize report and form Oracle E-Business in R11 or R12
- Able to configure, Oracle Reports Builder, Oracle Forms Builder, SQL PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Form Personalizations, Interface tables, API, Workflow Oracle e-Business Suite
- Bachelor Degree S1 Information Technology / Elecktro
ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT & TRAINING SPECIALIST
Qualification :
- Have 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Organizational Development/Change Management or Management
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Required skill(s): Assessing, evaluating the organization needs
- Preferred skill(s): Training, development plan, consultation
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to evaluate, analyze and resolve complex problems
- Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills
- Project planning and project management skills; ability to develop short-term plans/goals
- Flexible - ability to adapt to changing policies, procedures, priorities or work environments
- Strong customer service orientation (i.e. listening, follow-through, willingness to help)
- Can join in a short notice
